At The Nova Pack, we serve a global B2B clientele with tailored packaging solutions. Because our products vary greatly in size, weight, and volume, all shipping arrangements are customized individually. Please note that we do not process direct orders or automated shipping calculations on this website; all final logistics costs and terms will be mutually agreed upon and specified in your official Proforma Invoice (PI) via WhatsApp or email.
1. Production & Processing Lead Times – Stock (Blank) Packaging: Orders for ready-in-stock, unprinted items are typically securely packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after full payment is received and cleared.
– Custom Printed Packaging: Custom orders generally require a production lead time of 7–15 business days. This timeframe begins only AFTER you have given official “Proof Approval” for the digital blueprints and your production deposit has been successfully credited. Rush production options may be available for an additional expediting fee, subject to factory schedules.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times We offer reliable international freight solutions depending on your budget and urgency:
– Express Air Freight (DHL / FedEx / UPS): Approximately 7–14 working days for door-to-door delivery. This method features real-time tracking and is our default standard for physical sample orders and low-volume, urgent batches.
*Please note: For sample shipments, whether the package can clear customs duty-free depends strictly on the import regulations and de minimis (tax exemption) thresholds of your destination country.* – Sea Freight (Ocean Freight): Approximately 30–45 business days to major global ports. This is the most cost-effective solution for bulk wholesale and large-volume orders. Depending on your preference, we can quote based on EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, or DDP (Door-to-Door) terms.
– Railway Freight (To Europe): Approximately 18–28 business days, serving as an eco-friendly and balanced option for our European buyers. *Please note: All transit times provided above are estimates. The Nova Pack shall not be held liable for third-party logistics delays caused by customs clearance hold-ups, severe weather, port congestion, or carrier strikes.
3. Shipping Cost & Dimensional Weight (Volume Weight) – Volumetric Calculation: Due to the structural nature of packaging products (such as rigid gift boxes and cartons), freight charges are calculated based on both actual gross weight and Dimensional Weight (Volume Weight), whichever is greater.
– Transparency: Your total finalized shipping fees will be fully detailed and broken down on your official quotation/PI prior to your payment. No hidden shipping fees will be applied after the PI is confirmed.
4. Customs, Import Duties & Destination Taxes
– Bulk Orders (Standard Terms): Unless explicitly agreed upon as a “DDP” (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method in your PI, all import duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), destination customs clearance fees, and local terminal handling charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
– Sample Shipments: While we always declare sample packages appropriately to help streamline the process, any import duties or administrative customs fees levied on samples—based on local policy requirements and carrier evaluations—must be borne solely by the recipient/buyer. We advice checking your local customs exemption policies for “Commercial Samples” beforehand.
5. Lost, Damaged Shipments & Insurance
– Transfer of Risk: Once the goods leave our facility warehouse and are accepted by the logistics carrier, a tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L) will be promptly sent to you via WhatsApp/Email.
– Carrier Fault: If items are physically damaged or lost in transit due to carrier negligence, we will fully assist you in filing an insurance claim with the logistics provider.
– Shipping Insurance: For high-value bulk orders, we highly recommend adding shipping insurance to secure 100% full-value coverage. This can be integrated into your initial quote at a minimal extra cost.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy Buyers must provide a complete, accurate physical delivery address (PO Boxes are generally not accepted by international expresses), along with the correct postal/zip code, company name (if applicable), and a valid recipient phone number. Any extra storage or redelivery fees incurred due to incomplete addresses, wrong zip codes, or unreachable recipients will be billed to the buyer.
